We take reservations every Friday at the Information Booth in the Pavilion at the Flea Market. The hours are 12:00 noon till 4:00 pm. We suggest making reservations in person but we do take phone reservations as well. If you call during those hours and get the machine, we are helping a walk-in customer. It is our policy to help the walk-ins first, but don't worry, we will call you back. Make sure to leave us your number and the space you are interested in, if you know that.
A reservation is not required but alot of sellers like to have one. Why? When you reserve your space you are allowed to choose any available space in the Flea Market. Lots of people have favorite areas they like to be in. Second, the space is yours all day and you do not have to wait in the morning sellers line to purchase your space. The reservation does cost an additional $3.
Checks are not accepted for reservations.
Each reservation is good for one vehicle that will park in the reserved space. No other vehicles are allowed in. Trailer drop offs are not allowed the morning of the sale but are allowed on Friday and Saturday evenings.
All people that enter in the selling vehicle are free. Any people that come later to help must pay the buyer admission fee and park in the buyer parking lot. If you know that you will have some late arriving folks just let us know when you make the reservation and we will be happy to get you a limited number of free admission tickets. Showing the selling space receipt to the buyers gate attendants will not be honored for admission.
Each reservation is non-refundable. We do give full credit to bad weather days, but do not give refunds. A bad weather credit day is a day where the market is unable to open due to adverse weather.
